WVU Wide Receiver Enters Transfer Portal

Share

Dillon Spalding, a 6’2 210 Redshirt Freshman Wide Receiver out of Lorton, Virginia, has decided to enter the Transfer Portal.  Spalding sat out last season with an injury but had an outstanding touchdown catch from Trey Lowe at the end of the Gold-Blue Spring Game:

Spalding joins Marcus Simms as the 2nd wide receiver to enter the Transfer Portal since Head Coach Neal Brown has taken over.  Spalding’s departure leaves WVU’s already thin wide receiver corps even more decimated.  Obviously Spalding can withdraw his name from the Portal but that is unlikely to happen.  Good luck, Dillon!
