WVU Basketball Adds Another Piece of the Puzzle

Ethan Richardson, the 6’10 forward from Fresno City College, has committed to West Virginia University.  Richardson averaged 16.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game and made All-Central Valley Conference for a Rams team that went 27-3.  He also shot 63.8% from the field and 50% from 3 point range.

Fresno City assistant coach told the Fresno Bee, “The biggest thing for him succeeding has been just growing up and being more mature. Basketball has never been the issue for Ethan. He’s really taking advantage of the opportunity he has, both in the gym and the classroom, and is making the most of the experience. He’s come a long way, and still has loads of potential.”

Richardson joins Freshmen Oscar Tshiebwe and Miles McBride and JUCO transfers Sean McNeil and Tajzmel Sherman in next year’s class.

Welcome home, Ethan!
