The Huggins Controversy Continues

MORGANTOWN,WV—According to the Intelligencer/Wheeling News Register Bob Huggins’ employment agreement states that his resignation must be in writing via registered or certified mail to the Director of Athletics and WVU’s General Counsel.
It was also reported by the attorneys that the resignation came not in the form of a certified or registered letter with Huggins’ signature on it, but instead by email, and not directed to the AD or general counsel, but instead to Steve Ursasz, the school’s deputy athletic director.Â
At any rate the controversy continues. It appears that Mountaineer fans will be hearing a lot more about this reinstatement as head coach. Several of Huggins’ players have left the team. The question is: “Should Huggins continue this battle or should he just retire?”
