Source: 3 Star Athlete to Commit to WVU at 6PM

David Vincent Okoli, the 3 star wide receiver/defensive back, made an official visit to Morgantown this weekend and now is on the verge of committing to WVU.
Okoli, from Gaithersburg, Maryland, is a an outstanding athlete and was clocked at 4.4 in the 40 in high school. Okoli holds offers from Buffalo, Coastal Carolina, Connecticut, East Carolina, Kent State, Kentucky, UMASS, Monmouth, Temple, Toledo and West Virginia.
Following his visit, Okoli posted on his Twitter that a commitment is coming today at 6:

Okoli described West Virginia University as his “dream school” and it now appears that he’s officially on his way to becoming a Mountaineer! Welcome home, David!
