The West Virginia Baseball team defeated the Pitt Panthers 9-4 at PNC Park on Tuesday night, but perhaps the most entertaining thing that night didn’t happen on the field.  The broadcaster at PNC Park made the mistake of playing Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline.”  The Mountaineer fans in attendance took over the song and made it their own:

This wasn’t the first time that WVU fans turned “Sweet Caroline” into a chant about their rivals.  Back in 2014, ESPN’s College Gameday came to Morgantown and this is what Mountaineer fans did that day:
