Dana Holgorsen Announcers 2017 WVU Football Awards

The Mountaineers had some great performances this season. Dana Holgorsen announced the 2017 WVU football Awards today on Twitter.

It was a big day for the football program at West Virginia University. Not only did Coach Dana Holgorsen announce the WVU Football Awards for 2017, but today was also National Signing Day. Not only were the Mountaineers recognizing the performances for the past season, but announcing who they will bring in to help build future greatness.

Curtin Jones Award Winner Jon Lewis – This is the award for player who demonstrates excellence in all facets of his collegiate career, including academics, athletics and community service.

Mr. Unselfish Award Winner Ezekiel Rose

Ed Pastilong Award Winner Al-Rasheed Benton and Elijah Wellman – This award goes to the players who exhibit outstanding work ethic, and on-field ability, along with character and academic accomplishment off the field and in the community.
