Branson Taylor Announces His Decision
Branson Taylor, a 6’7 285 pound 4 star offensive tackle out of Elyria, Ohio, narrowed down his final two college choices to Pitt and West Virginia on July 27, which set up the Backyard Brawl of Recruiting.
As Taylor became closer to make his decision, his mother took to Twitter to announce that her son will be making his verbal commitment on Friday night. Heather tweeted, “Friday night @King_B_33 will be making his verbal commitment to either WVU or PITT!! I’m so incredibly proud of all of his hard work and most of all how he has stayed humble and hungry!! I Love you son!! You have made us all so proud !! #keepgrinding #stayfocused”

Decision time is here and Branson chose to attend Pitt. His mother made the announcement on Twitter, saying, “Once a Panther, Always a Panther.” His high school team’s mascot is the panther and of course Pitt’s is a panther as well.
